Local Courier Delivery For NJ & PA,DE

The Cherry Hill and Princeton, NJ stores service all of South Jersey, PA and Mercer Counties. We deliver fruit baskets daily Monday- Saturday for a flat rate based on the recipient's address and the store from which it is being delivered. Deliveries are typically done between mid-morning and early evening. We do not specify delivery times, but will accommodate for special circumstances. Please call your local store to make arrangements with a customer service representative.

Orders must be received by 11pm EST to guarantee delivery for the next business day.  All orders received after that time will be fulfilled within 24 hours.

(Any orders requiring same day delivery, must be placed by phone prior to 10am)

  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor. If the gift is left with a neighbor, our driver will leave a door tag with clear instructions for retrieving the gift. IF there are no neighbours available to accept order we will leave your gift at your door step and leave instruction. We are not liable for damage or lost. There is no refund or redilivery made under no circumsatances as we will make our best afforts to deliver your gift.
  • For Business deliveries: orders are typically delivered from mid-morning until 5pm. Please be aware that the driver may have to leave the arrangement with the front desk or security
  • In any case the shipping or courier charges will not be refunded. If there is any redivery we reserve the right to charge a redelivery cost.

Pick up Orders
Orders may be picked up at our NJ store locations during normal business hours or at other times by appointment.

 

Shipping Policies

  • Rates for shipping within the Continental United States are calculated based on the your package and destination. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order. We are continually trying to find ways of decreasing the cost of shipping & handling so we can pass these savings on to our customers. 
  • We ship all products via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within the Continental United States - 2nd day priority.
  • Please take into consideration the 2 day shipping time frame when completing the delivery date field.
  • You will be notified if any product is out of stock and when the estimated delivery time will be. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
  • Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Our typical shipping time is 48 hours on in-stock merchandise. In the rare event we are out of stock on the item you have selected, you will be notified via email. Your credit card will not be charged if we are out of stock. To check the status of your order, click on the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top of this page.
  • Address Errors
    We regret that we cannot be responsible for or guarantee shipments when we are given an incorrect or incomplete address. To avoid this problem, double-check the accuracy of your addresses before placing an order, including Floor #, Suite #, (in a large building), correct zip codes and telephone numbers, etc. … please confirm your addresses carefully before checking out. Any re-delivery will be charged again separately.
  • Additional Shipping Charges
    Our perishable dipped fruit items require next day shipping to maintain quality of freshness. Additional shipping charges may be added for cold packing. These charges can be viewed on the specific product page.
